There’s nothing worse than cranking your car air conditioner on a hot day — and discovering it’s broken. Your steering wheel feels like lava. That puddle in the driver’s seat? Sweat. Ugh. You wipe your brow and wonder, "Who can fix the A/C in my Audi A4 Quattro?" Easy — Firestone Complete Auto Care! We know Audi vehicles, and our qualified technicians can diagnose and service the A/C system in your 2007 Audi. Steer your Audi A4 Quattro to your nearest Firestone Complete Auto Care
In this A/C performance inspection, we’ll check out the current condition of your 2007 Audi A4 Quattro A/C system to evaluate what repairs are necessary (if any). This check will include an examination of system pressure, a visual inspection, and a leak test. If we think there might be a leak, we'll run a special U/V dye through the system or use a "sniffer." A "sniffer" is a machine that's run along parts of your Audi A4 Quattro A/C system that can detect any refrigerant fumes that might be leaking out from the system. If your system has a leak, we can get it fixed.
While your 2007 Audi A4 Quattro’s air conditioner is being serviced, we’ll also do an A/C evacuation and recharge. During this process, a technician will remove the old refrigerant from the A/C system. Next, they will evacuate the system according to Audi's recommendations. Finally, we’ll recharge the A/C system with new refrigerant and once we’ve done a final test on the system ourselves, you’re good to go. We want you to be comfortable in your car, so we train our technicians to perform 2007 Audi A4 Quattro A/C recharges.
Warm air isn't the only Audi A4 Quattro A/C problem you may encounter. Typical A/C problems also include weak airflow, which could indicate an old ventilation fan, a seal or hose that needs replacing, or mold buildup in your A/C system. If you notice that your A/C system’s air is cold at first, then quickly goes warm, this may suggest a leak, a blown fuse, or a damaged compressor clutch. What about those (somewhat unpleasant!) smells coming through the A/C vents in your 2007 Audi A4 Quattro? That could be the result of a dirty cabin air filter (an easy fix!) or a moldy evaporator case. Our technicians will work to solve your A/C problems to the best of their ability. Don’t sweat it — we’re here to help you chill out again in your A4 Quattro.
