2008 Scion xD Inspections

When you bring your vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care for any service, we’ll automatically do a multi-point Courtesy Check. We do this to get a clear idea of your Scion xD’s maintenance needs and address any issues as early as possible. What can you expect from a Courtesy Check? The technician will begin by testing your Scion xD's battery to see how much charge it has left – and determine if it may fail in the near future. After all, it doesn't matter how your car performs if you can't start it. After we’ve inspected your Scion xD’s battery, we’ll visually inspect your filters, lights, wiper blades, fluid levels, belts, hoses, tires, and alignment. After the Courtesy Check, you'll receive a report of your vehicle's condition. What’s the cost of a Courtesy Check? Nothing (except a few minutes out of your day)! If those few minutes can save you from repair costs down the road, they’re worth it!

We perform a Courtesy Check any time you bring your car to a local Firestone Complete Auto Care for service, but you can also request a Complete Vehicle Inspection for your 2008 Scion xD if you suspect there may be a bigger problem. The Complete Vehicle Inspection service can help find the root of any new issues in your vehicle. In addition to a visual check of everything that's included in a Courtesy Check, a Complete Vehicle Inspection also includes an examination (by hand!) of your steering, suspension, brakes, and exhaust system. With this inspection, we want to help you stay on top of any issues that may require preventative maintenance. We’re here to help you take care of your Scion xD and keep it running newer, longer.

Inspections are performed on a state-by-state basis and requirements vary. If you need this type of inspection, call your store to be sure it’s offered before you take your vehicle in for service.
